赵宏敬同学学习成绩优异,科研能力突出,能积极学习党的理论知识,生活中积极乐观,乐于助人以下将从学习科研、思想及生活进行介绍。
以梦为马,致力科研发展
首先是学习及科研方面,其研究生课程成绩为89.54。专业排名第三。研究生发表SCI论文35余篇。以第一作者及共同第一作者发表SCI 24篇,累计影响因子96.154。其中14篇一区,6篇二区,4篇三区。8篇论文为一区Top期刊《Developmental Comparative Immunology》,《Chemosphere》《Poultry Science》所录用。1篇论文为SCI一区“热点”论文,已被web of science核心合集收录;获得研究生国家奖学金,第八届梁希优秀学子奖,黑龙江省“三好学生”,优秀研究生,优秀研究生干部,模范团干部,优秀毕业生,优秀志愿者等荣誉称号。她勤奋好学,刻苦钻研,入学以来,在科研、学习和生活中得到师生的好评。积极参加学术活动,吸收新的知识和思想,与国外学者进行学习交流。
勇于创新,散发青春之光
在科研创新项目方面,主持大学生创新项目2项,已结题。并参与导师多项国家级,省级基金项目,参与国家自然基金项目“MicroRNA-122在砷诱导鸡肝细胞自噬中的作用机制”;参与十三五国家重点研发计划课题骨干项目,课题为“大熊猫与虎重要疫病流行病学与病原溯源技术研究”; 参与“野生动物保护管理项目”子项目名称:野鸽疱疹病毒的分离鉴定、全基因克隆及其生物信息学分析;重点地区野生鸟类寄生虫及细菌病原学监测等;参与“中央高校专项资金项目”项目名称: NF-κB通路在鸡亚慢性砷中毒神经系统细胞凋亡中的作用研究。在这些科研项目中,她学习到实验技能及科研知识,以及科研所具备的创新精神。
一心向党,提高思想境界
在思想方面及工作方面,作为一名中共党员,能够认真履行党员的职责,正确处理好国家、集体、个人三者之间的关系,积极参加党的组织生活。在工作上,作为研究生的分院团委副书记,认真负责,高效完成校团委下达的任务,对时间观念十分重视,同时也配合其他学生干部顺利完成各项工作,被评为模范团干部荣誉称号,同时积极参与爱鸟周等志愿者活动。在生活中乐观向上,勤俭节约,不奢侈浪费,对生活及科研充满信息。她善于用发展的眼光看问题,可以及时发现自身的缺点与不足,不断提高思想认识自己,完善自己,学会适应社会的发展要求。坚持有规律的生活方式,早7点半到晚9点半,制定适合自己的时间表,细化每天的任务,在实验、科研以及生活中合理分配时间。同时热心关心和帮助身边的师弟师妹,处理事情始终坚持集体原则,能很好的站在同学的立场考虑问题,对师弟师妹的实验起到了促进作用。“宝剑锋从磨砺出,梅花香自苦寒来”,她始终坚信自强不息,立志成才的信念。无论何时何地都奉行严于律己的信条,并切实的遵行它。她将这种精神充分发挥在科研探索中,始终在科研中保存创新性和反思精神,脚踏实地,潜心学习,完成自己的目标。她也会用更加严格的标准来要求自己,在未来读博道路上,以饱满的热情迎接挑战,为母校社会的繁荣发展贡献自己的微薄之力!
